Our Order Process
Order Confirmation: Once customer pricing is finalized, a Purchase Order (PO) is initiated.
Sample Approval: Lab dips, trims, and fit samples are provided for customer review and approval.
Material Preparation: Approved materials (yarn) are sent for knitting and dyeing.
Quality Assurance: Dyed fabric undergoes rigorous quality checks and testing to meet customer specifications.
Pre-Production Sampling: Pre-production samples are created for final customer approval and any necessary adjustments.
Production Commencement: Upon pre-production sample approval, full-scale production begins.
Quality Control: Throughout the production process, random quality checks are conducted to ensure adherence to standards.
Final Inspection: A final inspection is performed on 90% completed garments to verify quality, labeling, packaging, and carton markings.
